Whenever she see's that do-gooder Victory Vixen bragging about how she is the one to wipe out all evil in their world, yet all she's does is nab a few petty thieves. She decides to show her the top level of villainy. She won't be getting out of that suspended latex bondage sack anytime soon, not to mention how extra tight it gets when gravity is doing half the job of restricting her!
