A idea I thought off after watching Senran Kagura. Basically not all of the Grimm are monsters, and there are some that have human looking forms and have emotions. However, as one might expect, not everyone treats them like Humans and only sees them as monsters. Something even worse with how Faunus are treated in RWBY.
