So I thought about adding another "What if this character was a Ghost Rider" into my U.P-Verse, and I was thinking of interesting ideas. One choice that came to mind was Jason Todd. I based the design off of this artwork I found. Might change the design at some point if people ask, but for now here is Red Hooded Rider.

Fun Fact: I was going to call him Red Rider. But I found out it was the name of a Canadian Band in the 1980. You can still call him that if you want lol
