Everyone managed to sneak inside the Shadow Factory. There goal now was to find the core of the Shadow Factory and destroy it, and find and rescue the Pokemon that have been captured. Before the team could form a plan, that were interrupted by a explosion. They turned and saw two giant Pokemon! A shadow Tyranitar, and shadow Dragonite! Jigglypuff said that they use to be the guardians of this island along with Lucario. They must have tried to shut down the Factory as well, but they got turned into Shadow Pokemon instead.
