Something I wanna let you all know. I was thinking about making a fact about Ulima's origin in U.P. But then I thought about making this for her instead. This way you can learn everything about her all in one. In fact, I'm going to do this with other characters from now on. Mainly because I feel it would be easier to do, rather than making 20 facts about one thing that character got lol.

History
Ulima was created by Dr. Gero after the defeat of King Piccolo. Her completion was a little before the start of the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament. However, the lab that had her was attacked by members of the U.P. Her pod was still intact, and it opened on its own. She wandered around a bit before collapsing due to exhaustion. She was found by Dr. Briefs, who took her back to Capsule Corp and was treated. She was then employed by Dr. Briefs at Capsule Corp. There she met Goku after his defeat by Akuma. She is one of the smartest people on the planet. She had gone through most of her life without even knowing she was an Android. It wasn't until the events of the Android Arc where she finds out. She found out when she found the Lab that had Cell in his Larva state. She was created in a similar matter as Cell, but not the same. She was a Bio Android with the DNA of different characters. She was overcome with shock that she fainted. When she came too, her family was with her, who still loved her all the same regardless if she was an Android or not. When the Cell Games happened, Ulima managed to unlock her true powers and battled Cell in place of Gohan. With her powers she defeated Cell. When the Buu arc came around, she tried fighting Buu but ended up getting eaten. She did however gain Majin Buu's powers while still inside, which transformed her into her Majin form.
Personality
Ulima is basically the same as she was in Fighterz. One thing that she has now is her love for her family. She also loves cute things, like Kirby.
Relationships
She loves her family and her Pokemon so much and would do anything to protect them. She was attracted to Goku when they realized they both share the same kind of determination in their goals for self-improvement. When Gohan and Goten were born, she wanted to make sure they studied enough, but not like Chichi levels. Whatever they wanted to do she would support them. She also has friends with similar smarts to her. Of course, there is the Briefs family that she holds a respect for, and Bulma is one of her closest friends. She also many other friends in the field of science like Reed Richards, Tony Stark, Bruce Wayne, Kokonoe Mercury, etc. She also gets along with the likes of Majin Buu and Kirby.
Powers
Ulima is a Bio Android similar to Cell, but with some differences. First, off she was created with less DNA than Cell, meaning she didn't get the same powers he did, at least not yet. She did have the DNA of different fighters, and mutants, one of them being Rogue, who could take memories and powers from a person. But there was a problem with this. Ulima didn't have enough power to fully use those powers to their fullest. That all changed when the Android and Buu arcs happened. She had managed to unlock her true powers during the Cell Games and managed to gain the powers of Perfect Cell. When the Buu arc happened, she tried to gain Majin Buu's powers but ended up getting eaten. She tried taking Majin Buu's powers from the inside, which transformed her into her Majin form. So she has the powers of Rogue, Perfect Cell, and Majin Buu. She also got training from her Husband Goku after the Cell games were over. So she also gained some techniques Goku has.

Extra
Her name Ulima was given to her by Dr. Briefs when she could not remember her own name. One, because it starts with a U, which is the 21 letter of the alphabet. And two, Ulima means "Wise"
