Here's a little something I made just for fun. A comparison between Android 21 from "Dragon Ball FighterZ" and my "Android 21 Multiversal Omniqueen" "joke universe" (aka "Dimension 2 Android 21", "Multiverse 2 Android 21", "Zen Android 21" or "Randomverse Android 21") inspired by 's with the similar concept. So just for fun, I thought I'd make this little Canon vs Fanon meme between (one of) my "multiverse dimension"'s Android 21 and Android 21 in canon.
(I was also inspired by 's Canon Cooler vs Fanon Cooler meme he made)

1. Backstory
Not much is different in terms of backstory. Both characters were once the human wife of Dr. Gero and mother of Android 16, as well as a former researcher for the Red Ribbon Army, and was then eventually converted into a bio-android by Dr. Gero's supercomputer, complete with Saiyan, Human, Namekian, Frost demon and Majin cells in her DNA genes, as well as an amazing IQ of many brilliant genius minds combined. However, the Majin cells inside her started going berserk giving her a constant urge to feed off of organic lifeforms, and her hunger became so great that it damaged her psyche being damaged and manifesting a split personality thus leading to the two Android 21s, one good and one evil. In a desperate urge to gain control of herself, 21 attempted to use the Soul Link System by linking herself with a compatible human soul (like in the Android 21 Arc).
Also, the reason 21 was created was so that she could eventually revive and lead the Red Ribbon Army as part of Dr. Gero's revenge plan against Goku for destroying the Red Ribbon Army, killing 16, and dooming his family, as well as being a superior to Cell. So if Cell were to ever lose, 21 would emerge. So you could say that Cell was a prototype and Android 21 was the true/perfect result to Dr. Gero's "perfect being", kinda like how the Biolizard was the prototype for Professor Gerald Robotnik's ultimate lifeform, with Shadow the Hedgehog being the successor/superior. I mean, come on, 21 is obviously better than Cell! You can't deny it!
However, at this point, this is where things start to change; The good 21 was eventually unable to regain control of herself, thus leading to her hunger / evil half taking over and began to exact her plans to hunt down the Z-Fighters, Frieza, the Ginyu Force and Cell one by one, and devour them all to become the most powerful and intelligent being in the universe (like in the Super Warrior Arc and Enemy Warriors Arc). But then... something unexpected happened. During the evil 21's conquest and feeding, she encountered a human from another world whom possibly the Soul Link System had found as a possible vessel from another world, who would eventually become the Link partner who the good 21 may have been looking for... So in other words, you could say Dimension 2 Android 21 is kinda like Android 21 at her full / ultimate potential and got the chance to live long enough to do so.

2. Personalities
(And I say "Personalities" since there are of course two Android 21s with their own distinct personas...or are there?)
Much like the backstory, their personalities aren't that different, apart from the good and evil Android 21s who both went through a little bit of "character development".
Even though the good 21 dislikes the idea of feeding off of organic lifeforms, she eventually came to accept the fact that she had to eat living beings but only if she really had to. Like if she was up against, oh I don't know, maybe Thanos for an example. And he was just about to snap his fingers with the Infinity Gauntlet and wipe out half of life from existence, and the only way he could be stopped was that if 21 was fast enough to turn him into candy and then eat him afterwards. She'll also do it in a way to keep someone safe kinda like how in "Dragon Ball GT" where Majin Buu absorbed Hercule and Pan in order to keep them safe from Baby infecting everyone on the planet.
The evil 21 on the other hand shifted from a villain to an "anti-hero" . Meaning she still acts like her villainous self and may do some things that can be considered evil, but she isn't heartless as she was before. She does do good deeds and tries her best to act like a nice person, but through her own terms.
However, the merging of both 21s also created a "third persona" dubbed the "Perfect Android 21". This new 21 personality is essentially both the good and evil 21s combined into one being as a perfect balance of good and evil, possessing both traits from the two 21s rolled into one single entity.

3. Powers and Abilities
Both 21s share the same abilities, however, Dimension 21 Android 21 also possesses a few new "gifts". She can absorb her "victims" in brand new ways, form an energy blade from her hands, create a Spirit Bomb, possess the powers of a God of Destruction (E.g.; Hakai), can grow large in size, use Kaio-Ken, Ultra Instinct, possesses her very own Stand , use godly Ki.
If we were to guess Dimension 21 Android 21's power level, it would be infinitely immeasurable. It simply can't be calculated on a numerical scale anymore. Her power level would constantly growing and her link partner, Michael of Random (that's me~), will always helping her keep their godly power under control. Especially since 21 is also feeding off of her link partner's power at the same time whilst he is inside of her and linked with her too at the same time. It's kinda like when you're filling up a glass but you keep filling it to the point where it's already at its limit.

4. Transformations
Both 21s have their same equal transformations; Their human form, true forms (aka their "Majin" forms by the fanbase) and their "Cell Absorbed" form. However, Dimension 2 Android 21 has a new wide variety of transformations such as; Giantess (Thanks to possessing the cells of Piccolo) Super Saiyan 1 - 4, Full-Power SSJ3, Legendary SSJ, God, Rosé, (Rosé instead of Blue since she already possesses deity status), Rosé Kaio-Ken, Rosé Evolution, Golden form (Thanks to possessing the cells of Frieza), "Super Saiyan Gold" (A hybrid transformation where she stacks Super Saiyan on-top of her Golden form), "Super Saiyan Rosé-Gold" (A hybrid transformation where she stacks Super Saiyan Rosé on-top of her Golden form), and Ultra Instinct. The good 21 can also now transform into the "Cell Absorbed" form as well.

5. Family and Relationships
In terms of family:
Aladjinn (half-biological father) - Unknown since neither of them have met each other yet.
Dr. Gero (aka "Android 20") (ex-husband/ex-partner) - Their relationship back when they were both human was probably the same, although 21 (back when she was human) left Gero after he became obsessed with creating androids and trying to get revenge on Goku for killing their son, Gebo (aka "Android 16" when he was human). Eventually, the two met each other again, one as an android, and the other a clone (as Dr. Gero is now already dead)
Michael of Random (husband/link partner) -
Majin Buu (half-biological brother) - Their relationship is still pretty much the same as it was in canon (even though it was mostly the good 21).
Uub/Majuub (half-brother) - Unknown since neither of them have met each other yet.
Eighter (aka "Android 8") (half-son) - Unknown
Android 13 (half-son) - Unknown
Super Android 13 (half-son) - Unknown
Android 14 (half-son) - Unknown
Android 15 (half-son) - Unknown
Android 16 (aka "Gebo") (biological son) - Their relationship is still pretty much the same as it was in canon, although the evil 21 has now stopped treating him like crap. Now, he still fights alongside and serves 21 like before.
Android 17 (half-son) - Formerly enemies but they eventually got along in the end, although 17 still isn't so sure about 21 as she had also brainwashed him and turned him into a servant for her. Now, 17 still fights alongside and serves 21 but no longer under mind control whilst still working as a park ranger on Monster Island.
Hell Fighter 17 (half-son) - Unknown since neither of them have met each other yet.
Super Android 17 (half-son) - Unknown since neither of them have met each other yet.
Android 18 (half-daughter) - Formerly enemies but they eventually got along in the end, although 18 still isn't so sure about 21 as she had also brainwashed her and turned her into a servant for her. Now, 18 still fights alongside and serves 21 but no longer under mind control just so that she could earn money to financially support her family.
Krillin (half-son-in-law) - Formerly enemies but now they get along well.
Cell (half-son) - Their relationship is still pretty much the same as it was in canon.
Cell Jr. (half-grandson) - Unknown
Marron (half-granddaughter) - Unknown
In terms of friends:
Goku and the Z-Fighters - Formerly enemies but now friends. She now also acts as a mentor to the fighters, teaching them new techniques and new transformations and abilities as well.

The Pride Troopers - Formerly enemies but now friends. The good 21 also became a temporary member of the team so that she could gain a little experience on how to protect people and save the world.

Kale, Caulifla and Kefla - Formerly enemies but now friends. She now also acts as a mentor to the female Saiyans, teaching them new techniques and new transformations and abilities as well.
