Similar to her Good version, she also has a lot of DNA from powerful fighters on Earth. But unlike Ulima, Ursula is much more violent fighter. Ursula could copy Hit's abilities thanks to her Majin powers, and counter them with her own. Not only that, she would be immune to Hit's time stopping powers but not only copying them, but also because she has DNA of fighters who can stop time or resist time stops, like Guldo, but much more powerful..
