Volga Personality and Skills: Zeldon is a warrior who faces his opponents head on, always confident in his abilities to overcome all. He searches for strong opponents to combat in any battle he is in. He also has the ability to turn into a Dragon.
Zeltrax History: Zeldon was found by Bowser on the shore of the Beach, having almost no chance of living. However Bowser took him, and had General guy repair him. By using cybernetic technology, General guy turned him into a black, and gold armored cyborg. After which he then swore all loyalty to Bowser, for saving his life. (Also his Name is also inspired by ZELtrax)
Radec Skill and Technology: Zeldon is an extremely skilled fighter in nearly all forms of combat. His amazing combat skill combined with his tactical genius make him an excellent fighter in any situation and truly a force to be reckoned with. However this is not his only means of fighting. He often times uses many Weapons at his disposal. Many of which where from General guy. His extremely durable armor can withstand even a rocket launcher blast, as well as most of the Mario power ups, such as Fire flower, and the Hammer bro suit. He is armed with nearly the same Weapons as Radec,
Boba Fett Technology: Zeldon has many Weapons, many of which he ether got from General guy, or took from his fallen opponent. He is armed with many Laser gun weapons, and even a FREAKING LIGHT SABER. He also has a Jet pack, a Rocket launcher on his back, and many types of Bombs.
Akuma Personality and Skills: He trains and trains himself, to make Bowser proud. As such he fights many strong opponents, so he can become stronger. As said before, Zeldon is an extremely skilled fighter. If his not using his many Weapons, his using his fists. He incredibly strong, and can fire energy blast from his hands. Also when he turns into his Dragon form, he has the same strength as Oni.
Bebop Technology and Skills: Because he was frozen for many years, and thawed out he lost the ability to see. However thanks to General guy, he now has a Visor that helps him see, he is forced to keep his visor on to see better. His skills as an athlete is very supported thanks to his energy suit. Zeldon has many high-tech weapons.  His suit is installed with a cloaking device which makes him invisible. He also has energy rails which he can use to grind to place, to place. He is armed with a Sticky bomb, which can stop anyone in there tracks. And also has X Ray vision.
Kenpachi Personality: Zeldon travels the World to fight worthy opponents. He lives for battle, and enjoys a good fight more than anything. He even holds back in an effort to make any fight last longer. Zeldon usually stops a fight if his opponent is too injured to fight back, claiming he is not interested in fighting "weaklings who can't fight anymore", and he does not feel obligated to deal a death blow to anyone who cannot fight any longer. However, he will unhesitatingly kill his opponent if they refuse to end their fight.
Jean Bison History: He once served Bowsers great Koopa grand Father. He was on a Mission in the Shiver region to find a Rare and powerful Crystal, that can great anyone Ice powers. However he was then later attacked by a Rival kingdom, because they wanted the Crystal themselfs. During the battle, Zeldon throw a Bob omb at the enemy. However the explosion caused a avalanche which buried everyone. Some how the Ice kept him alive, and 100 years later thanks to global warming, he thawed out.
