I usually do not use flash at the shows.

the settings vary, but are usually in the following ranges:

iso 80-200
f 2.8-3.0
1/30 second - 1/60 second

I agree, the yellow isn't my favorite, but it looks like "Bumblebee" from the Transformers movie.
