Description
oil on wood 163cmx130cm or 63.78"x51.18"For the moon never beams, without bringing me dreams
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee
And the stars never rise, but I feel the bright eyes
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee
And so, all the night tide,I lie down by the side
Of my darling-my darling-my life and my bride,
In the sepulchre there by the sea,
In her tomb by the sounding sea.

the guy on the beast looks a lot like Jackie Chan. aside from that, wonderful painting. I wonder what's the connection between the two people in the foreground and the burial ritual in the distance.

Majestic... I can feel the wind in this picture. Such a strange-looking beast!.. and the ritual on the beach -- I find your pictures SO intriguing, inviting me to step into them. *sigh*
