wow...you create incredible creatures. They're absolutely outrageous, and yet believable somehow...you know what i like best? the fact that it's skin is shedding on it's tail...it's a superb touch of realism to such a fantastic beast.
one thing i'm curious is why so many of your human figures are nude?....it gives them a sense of primitivity, like these are young civilizations, and yet the architecture and 'humanizations' (like the saddle) are rather advanced comparatively. it's an interesting paradox, but i wonder if that's what you mean....or maybe the blatant plain-ness of the naked human form is there to contrast the intricate and bright environments....
dang i like your art!! it's making me think!!

For this one I scanned several parts of it in a normal scanner and then like a puzzle I reconstruced it with photoshop. But for larger paintings I bring them to a photographer who shot them in echtachromes which are kind of transparent film used for edition.

your sence of shadows and color are amazing, oil is very hard to use. How long did it take you to do this?

This is a wonderful picture! Does it relate to the Clark Ashton Smith stories or just Poseidonis stories in general?
