Manna from a dA bud. The last while and I have been working together, exploring several 'game over' style scenarios with my OC Becky. They found her to be inspiring, which inspired me, which inspired them again, to me again, and the cycle continues.
Anyway, PoD ended up making a 3d model of Becky. And I have got to say, they did a faaaaaaaaantastic job.
I had been shopping around a bit, considering just who to get, but in the end I'm so glad I waited.
PoD was inspired by the character, which was humbling to me, and it shows in the craftsmanship.
They got every detail right, from her grey eyes, small nose, freckles, blonde hair in a French bun, clothing aesthetics, everything!

This lovely girlish pose is one of my favorites they did. From the pink bedroom to the book cover style art(really love that) to her story perfect outfit. Yes. That turtleneck is a winner. Those tights really stand out too.

Catburglars, Inc. Part 1
Amaya lay on her bed, wishing the rain outside would drown out her parents' shouting match. Unfortunately, the big mansion was too well insulated for that.
Eighteen years old, first year at Manchester University, and why the hell did she agree to come home this weekend?
Her parents had invited her to have a supposedly nice, relaxing time at home.
It had all started at dinner. Her ka-san(Japanese for 'mother') had begun accusing her tou-san(father) of transferring company funds for a mistress he had. It was all bullshit, and ka-san knew it. Everyone knew tou-san was too busy being the president of Quaker Product to even have sex. Her father had gotten upset at the accusation, and her mom started arguing with him on several other points as well.
Amaya finally decided she'd had enough and went up to her room.
Her parents fought constantly, and Amaya was happy enough to leave the house for college. Even if it was still close by.
