Attributes/Strengths: Grasslands elves are not strong, rather relying on their swiftness of foot and hands to win a battle.
They are too light boned to even hold a bow.
Grasslands elves are considered to be the fastest runners in the world.
They know some magic, but it's more personal preference rather then something that is encouraged.

For weapons, they use throwing knives, daggers, light spears, slingshots, and blowguns.

They are a mostly gentle and peaceful people, who don't like fighting if it can be avoided.

Race Status: Disease and Arthropoda attacks have been the chief causes of their decline.
No one knows how many are left.

Terrina's character traits/facts

Raised in an orphanage Terrina is not even positive that she is 100% Grasslands elf, since she has no idea who her parents are.

She knows the world can be a harsh place, and is fairly wary of that fact.
Her years in the palace have not blinded her to that, maybe just softened her a little to it.

When she was thirteen, she managed to overhear a plot to kidnap the newly born princess Anastasia, who was a paleface elf.

When she realized what was going to happen, she managed to work her way into the palace, running, sliding, and jumping her way into the throne room to warn Lord Warmon.
Warmon had been so impressed by Terrina's passionate desire to save a baby she didn't know, that he offered her the position of nanina.
Royal paleface elves have a custom of giving their children caretakers/bodyguards until the child is twenty-four years of age.
Terrina had gratefully accepted the job and has been taking care of Anastasia ever since.

The bond between the two is as strong as a mother/daughter relationship.
That being said, Terrina has tended to spoil Anastasia over the years, but in her defence everyone in the palace has spoiled the princess.

Terrina would rather die than let something happen to Anastasia.

Terrina is currently training and increasing her fighting prowess under Otya the half-elf, half orc warrior.

Terrina and Anastasia plan on doing more travels once Terrina increases her fighting skills, and Anastasia studies up on magic.

The cautious type, she always tries to make sure Anastasia doesn't rush headlong into danger.

Since she is a nanina, Terrina cannot marry until she completes her contract.
