Description
The special application marksman weapon is a semi automatic precision weapon. Firing the 7.62 x 54 R round with a mark 3 EMJS the Spear is a workhorse amongst UEDF needing to reach targets at middle ranges without carrying more bulky weaponry. The secret to this weapon's success lies in the high pressure muzzle brake. The extra hot gasses generated by the EMJ system are pumped into the muzzle during firing and compressed just behind the bullet to give it a little extra speed.

A second entry into my redesigns from 2012 originals. The original SAMW dubbed the arrow was actually my favorite of those designs, but as with all of these it needed the design language simplified and made less noisy.
The current iterations also have real life design principles such as mechanical offset and length of pull taken into account.
