I couldn't think of a title so I picked a lyric from an ERB song (Jack the Ripper vs Hannibal Lecter) I was listening to xD

Point commission for of his character Thunderstreak wearing a surgical mask and a straitjacket

I think this might be the first time I drew a straitjacket and I'm very pleased with the results I couldn't think for the wings so I decided to have them locked up too (that way he doesn't fly away).
