Ok here's the thing about this piece. I have come to be familiar with your work, with you being on my watch and all. Although when I came to this piece, ummm what can I say. Not your best. I'm not too keen on the "outer glow" of the type. I would assume you can come up with something better than this. The type is all off center, and MAYBE you were going for this look, but the composition doesn't flow. The image, is great! As far as design goes, maybe you can work on this a little.
Again, I enjoy your pieces very much! Keep them coming. And I hope you are an artist who can take criticism, because it's the only way you can grow as an artist.

i think this is awesome. all i would change is the layout a little, maybe center your photo, name and title to flow better with the bottom of the card or justify your photo, name and title to the right. Overall, very good though!
