It's actually really cute in some way! What I like, next to all the things others have said aleady, is the subtile hint of fog. The way his right paw and the end of the wing seem hazy, covered by misty fog. Makes me realise that you didn't just leave the background white. It's just all fog! That's brilliant mate!
Yeah, I'll be watching you from now on. Next to Anastasios Gionis, you'd be the next guy I go to if I ever need some more inspiration for monster drawings. ^.^"Β

The colours are so cool dude, the variation from lower part to upper is amazing ( why I nevr got this ideas)
Wings are very cool too but I especially love the ridge, spikey and irregular, with that soft light in back part givin to the body a super value..
Textures r awesome too, but u dont need I tell ya, your skin textures are some of the coolest textures ever...( I m gonna steal u all this ideas
I like this white background too fro a creature concept,makes the creature jumpin out of the page, fact is when I try to use it my eyes go crazy, unless I do in B/W...Did u painted this directly with the white bg? I ask cos I see many of your concepts have it

Cheers mate, glad you like it.. yeah this is straight on white, most of the Paizo requests they send me are figures/monster without a background. I think I've got used to working on it now.
