Description
I was talking to my friend last night, and it seemed he was feeling a little depressed. So I told him I'd make him something. I dunno if it'll make him feel better, but at least I tried, right?Related content

Yes and no. Yes: In that panel it is him; No: In the last panel, it's my pony OC (because I don't have a ragdoll for Night Rose.)

I'm reading that story on and off from time to time. Made a few wiki pages and everything.

So wait, are you the author of the story? Or did you just let the author use your OC.

Ah, well I see you are then. I have been meaning to have a chat, maybe discuss how the story could be improved and point out a lot of plot holes major and minor that I have spotted. Problem is I'm not up to date on the story yet and would feel like a tiny bit of an ass if I criticized something or pointed out a perceived plot hole and you addressed it in a later chapter.

So read it all, then tell me how much of a fuck-up I am. ^.=.^

Fuck up is a strong word, though I think the first major plot hole I spotted would be the Raider Disease cured so easily in the first few chapters.

Glory doesn't have the kind of access Verse can get.

But if that were the case, wouldn't the technology he has built-in already have been being used by the Ministry of peace. They would've had reports of the disease, it was rampant in Zebra POW camps and other facilities.

This isn't THAT disease. I assume you've read Project Horizons.

I have, so what is this the artificial variant? It's still mostly the same, causes spongification of the brain and causes insane/Raider like behaviour and cannibalism.

yes. I know I didn't explain it at the time, but I'm going with the following:
The MoP did know about the infection/disease, and they kept records of it to the best of their abilities. They had several different stations working on it, and, individually, none were able to find a cure. Altogether, on the other hoof, they'd each solved a piece of the puzzle. Sadly, nopony put it all together in time for it to do any good.
In the current time line, there was enough data still intact for Verse's medical suite to find the connecting chains for each culture made. From there it was a short trial/error in his simulation matrixes, which work far faster than culturing fresh samples, and viola! Raider cure in hours.
