You have to admire photos like this. I love these photos because of the poses and I learn how to draw different lightings and body shapes. Maybe that's not the intention of the photo, but it's very useful. As stated below, you don't really have much room to talk.

Well, we are all entitled to our opinions, clearly. But one thing is fact. DA offers such categories. So until, or if, that is changed, to leave negative comments on a person's work is rather....tasteless.
If something truly is unacceptable (to DA standards/rules) then it should be reported and dealt with via staff, not such comments.
Well, that's my humble opinion anyway.

your right, its not against the rules and i greatly respect them for adding the maturity tag, not everyone does and it takes forever to get the deviantart staff to do something about those materials. thats not their fault, i understand, the community just so large that we would need an army to efficiently run it.
whoever, stuff like this is only going to cause trouble for the deviantart community, its going to attract the wrong kinds of attention
and the people who do struggle to become something will become instantly over shadowed by amateur porn models.
the internet is already what, 90% porn? how much longer will it be before DA fallows in those statistics (if not already)?

Well, although I hear, and respect what you are saying,... as far as DA, nudity in ANY form is only allowed in it's allotted category. Those whom the nudity will "attract" will only go there. Those whom come here for other forms of art will only gravitate towards what they come here for - as will those watching them. (or they allΒ 'should' I would think lol) Β It shouldn't thereforeΒ effect at all "those struggling to become something".Β (DA has it's rules regarding nudity; from what I've seen, anything reported going against those rules have been instantly removed.)
I just don't see the point of a person making tasteless comments on another person's work which meets DA standards...It's the SITE who makes the rules, not us. Like it or not.
Also, beauty, and what is thought art, isΒ afterall, in the eye of the beholder. As long as they are meeting the proper criteria we should all live and let live.

I needed to read that many times. Leaving negative comments is tasteless? Rude maybe but not tasteless. Well, if we are (once again) calling porn artistic nudity, I do watch artistic nude pictures sometimes. But it's not what I wish to see on dA's frontpage and I don't think that majority of people here want to give the impression that mediocre nudity is the best that dA can offer.
