It is something that can only be done within the group, so you'd need to talk to the Founder of that group and tell them to fix it so it's not "Exclusive"

Thanks for the awesome comments. I am truly honored that you like my art work enough to do a painting based on it, But wouldnt it be much better and more of a learning experience if you used the actual reference photos and did your own interpetation rather than referance another artist's work?.
That way when the painting is done it is all yours and it will show not only your individual talent but you will learn much more,because you will see the photo in its original form and all the subtle nuiances that may or may not have been leftout of another artists drawing of the same photo.
when I do Fan art I basically do just that... I search the web and find sourge images and then do my own interpetaition of them.
The image I used for reference of the Doctor and the Master came from the 3rd season DVD box set..here it is in case you would like to reference it yourself [link]
