Rose Kappel lives in San Diego, CA and loves her life, she surfs, mountain climbs, hangs with her friends and goes to college. In her off time however she saves the world. Granted the abilities from a meteorite she found while hiking and quickly knew what she had to do. altering an old dance costume of hers she began fighting crime and saving people from earthquakes and other such natural disasters quickly becoming San Diego's favorite daughter. A new member to the Paragons, she got herself a costume upgrade as well as has been given training by Gavin Reynolds and Battle Medic to help her control her amazing powers.

Powers:

     Purple Force Blasts: Able to generate concussive blasts of purple energy from her hands. can focus it from a wide blast into a pin-point beam. as it gets more focused it gets stronger.

     Purple Light Constructs: With great concentration she can shape her purple energy into simple constructs such as cages and pry-bars.

     Flight: Enveloping herself in a cocoon of purple energy she can levitate herself and fly at twice the speed of sound (max).
