The love of Populace's life or so she thinks. Charlene White would do anything for him. She quit college so she could be with him full time, and when she learned that he was a criminal she quickly did anything she could to help in those endevors. Even when he was trying to find a way to deal with the rise of super powered heroes she quickly volunteered to ensure the any process to give him powers would be safe. In that end she ended up fusing with a pink sapphire ring that he had given her. This granted her an insane strength and durability as well as being able to focus light into laser blasts from her hands.

She now stays near her man providing him extra strength and protection from anyone who would try to topple his kingdom.
