It don't distub me, but, years ago, I was doing pixelart and I was told to never never try to enlarge or shrink a pixelart, but to redo a the good size. And I have kept an eye to catch such manipulations. I think your piece would be better if you redo the tiles for each size but it's only my view.  You do what you want with your art
