Description Just a quick sample of what I'm working on right this minute. Gotta stop here though to go to San Diego for the big show. I'll be sure to post the finished version when I get back.

Thanks! I hope to find time to finish it this week. Either finish the colors, or finish drawing the body and ink it. We'll see.

But the hair isn't colored! Just flatted.

I guess since you did more shading and molding on her skin, a bit of highlight in the hair would be nice, just to keep the whole thing consistent. But I dunno, I like flat, simplistic coloring. As a style choice. That's how they used to color comics which is my favorite kinda art, so areas of flat color never bother me.

I usually just cell shade with flats, but this was supposed to be a more painterly approach. I'm breaking out!

Yeah, you could try a painterly approach, but I am not sure about the breakdancing. Maybe just stick to art.
