had this in mind the whole week, but didn't really get it the way I wanted. But my girlfriend likes it, so it can't be that wrong...
It was actually my contribution for this week's (...now probably already LAST week's) art jam held by & , the subject was to re-design/re-invent Link from Nintendo's Zelda-games and my idea was to make a ninja-like kinda version...

Agh! No more ninjas! *has just come back from Japan, and is thoroughly tired of ninjas, anime, and androgynous men* I like how you chose a more angular style for it, though. Definitely gives him a sharp pointy look.

hehe...been there too! The funniest thing are those "STreet gangs" that in the end are just some nice oys dressing up as thos manga-characters and wanting to take a picture with you...
And yeah, the drawing IS angular...maybe it's what I don't like about it, I don't know...

Yes, though she's the most flamboyant. I myself was in a dilapidated wardrobe of brown leather and wool, so I looked a little like one of those beat up stuffed bears with eyes falling off that you see in antique stores. Those guys probably thought, "Hey, we can take photos of not one, but TWO really weird white people! This'll be great!"
