Let me run this down for you all. Commando is in a bit of personal conflict with the Administrator, since he's one of the highest-ranking units in RED. The cause of this is that he has a tendency to question the Administrator's choices, and refuses to blindly follow her orders. As such, standoffs like these are not too unusal between them. Character stuff aside, this picture once again got a massive touch-up thanks to , so a million thanks to her! School is starting really soon, so I will sadly make even less artwork than what I'm making right now, but I'll do my best to roll something out these first weeks.
