Absol (Favorite Dark type Pokemon)
Boy, do I have a lot to talk about this guy. For many years, I have grown to love this Pokemon ever since I started my journey in Hoenn. The main thing that made me feel attached to this Pokemon is its' backstory.
According to the Pokedex, Absol is able to sense when a disaster will occur and will try to warn people when one is approaching. But sadly, it gets blamed and scolded for bringing said disaster, thus making it a threat for most people.
I mean, Absol is one of those Pokemon you want to give a big warm hug for all of the shit it has been through. You feel really sorry about it and it kind of makes you just want to have one on your team.
Which is why he is one of my favorite pure Dark type Pokemon!
