This is an inspiration from 's comic series "Eeveelution Squad ".

WARNING: Spoilers ahead (If you haven't read the comic yet)

After beating a Tyrogue to a match, Black the Eevee gets called a weakling by the said Tyrogue. The Tyrogue hands over a piece of paper that explains a S-Rank mission where the Pokemon has to retrieve a stolen item on the 99th floor. Black accepts the challenge and proceeds to the said dungeon. His older brother Frost the Glaceon, asks where he is going, to which Black doesn't honestly respond.
Along the way, Black manages to make it to the floor and finds the item. However, right behind him was a gang of tough Pokemon. Black gets punched in the gut by a Machoke. The Machoke proceeds to pop Black's skull like a cherry. Luckily, in the nick of time, Frost comes into the rescue and freezes Machoke's hand with Ice Beam. This causes the Machoke to let go of Black and the two proceed to battle. However, unknowns to Frost, that there were other Pokemon that live in this cave as well. Black loses consciousness and blacks out as Frost battles the pack of tough Pokemon.
