just a little something ive been playing with. this is the redesign of mars' first henshin pen. i wanted to try out some new effects i discovered in flash. i know how to make the symbols glow now :}EDIT: made the pen a bit smaller after a few peeps pointed out it was sort of big haha

Interesting. The ring is quite big and seems more impractical than the original design (but when has anything been practical in Sailor Moon?), but the overall design of this new one is way more sleek and sexy.
