so after a bunch of people asking, i decided to go a head with the new moon designs for the outer senshi. heres neptune. i like this look for her. her fuku is a bit more elagent than the inner senshis (as will be the same for the other outers) because they are older (except saturn) and also because they are different ranks.yup. and notice the two stripes on the front of the fuku (two on the back as well), just another difference the outers will have. dont know why, just liked it :]

i fixed her limbs and added earings oh! and made her feet smaller ^^

Neptune looks luvly especially her hair, I think its brilliant idea to give to outers a more elewgant fuku than the inners for are much more mature even young Saturn than Inners (in the anime of course).
P.S. do you count Chibi-moon as a outer senshi

not really, but i might cluster her with the outters so the group shot is even like the inner one.

The head (Including the hair) is perfect. But the limbs need more work.

Nice, I like it. I've always been sort of a fan of Sailor Moon. (A guilty pleasure really) And my favorite has always been Neptune. She looks very elegant. I like your rendition of her.
