Description
These are the characters we started out our 5th edition adventure with, been pretty fun actually with the lands heroes who have been lost more than once.May update more as the adventure continues.
Farrow
class: Cleric
race: Tiefling
An old Tiefling who prides himself a no nonsense alchemist who keeps a level head and finds the most logical answer to solutions. Found the first magical weapon of the group unfortunately it was a cursed item that stuck to him, a shield that draws in ranged attacks to him and only him allies or enemies alike. More faith in potions rather than religion looking there for answers more than talking about his deity of choice.
"Ah yes but you see...let me explain why you are wrong"
Darrien
Class: Bard
race: Human
The smooth talking face man of the group handles talking to npcs although most of the time needs someone right behind him to ensure he doesn't sell out the party or take advantage of npcs in his attempts to spread his influence. Originally from a nobel family but currently outcast from it and isn't on good terms with them right now if the group of assassins sent to attack him from his father were anything to go off. Once rolled a bluff as we were all tied up in an enemies army camp that he was a traitor to our cause, the lie was so good everyone in the party believed it too.
"Just because you found me in a jail in chains should not taint your opinion on my innocence"
Kha'Zaa
Class: Fighter
race: aarakocra
Made with some homebrew rules for character class this bird is a major damage dealer with a special arial attack. Wanting nothing more in his life than to be the true heroes he had read about so much with his father he strides forward into action seeking adventure and swords to be put into his collection. Every new blade he obtains he names on the spot as if it were the most magical blade in the world.
“With the defiler of light my hand shall be guided, If you wish not to be decapitated, stand behind me"
Krugg
Class: Monk
race: Half-orc
A street boxing orc from a wiped out tribe of swamp orcs and seeking his revenge. Wears a mask at all times and often used as a safe shield or mount for the rouge of the group.
"I'm gonna headbutt it ...in the face"
Elrick/Eva
Class: Rouge
race: Dwelf (child of elf and Dwarf, it works in this world we don't know why)
Originally hiding her gender to avoid trouble in the darker parts of the party's home town the dwelt is quick and silent if just a little childish at one point spending most of a reward on a chest of candy. once was turned into a badger for a minute and got through an ambush combat disguised as a bush. Their tracking skills are sought out to get through harsh terrain but sometimes their qualifications are questioned.
"I lick the wall, what does it taste like?"
Kerath
Class: Fighter
race: Draconian
Similar to Dragonborn class but with a flight speed because our DM and the player character liked Draconians. a charismatic fighter that shoots lighting out of his mouth in a beam, not exactly the plans guy but one of the most enthusiastic for combat and racking up kills. Tries to hit on anything that moves thinking himself a bit of a player, sadly most races aren't attracted to snouts and scales.
"Okay rather than bringing up reasons why I bought 10 000 ball bearings...start brainstorming all the awesome things we can do with 10 000 ball bearings"

Suddenly, I really want to draw my D&D OCs.
I really like these characters and the info you put of them c:
"I lick the wall, what does it taste like?"
...It's scary that I can realate to that quote. I was playing Scion and one of my party members decided to lick something he found on the wall. He was PTFO for hours. ;3;
I LOVE FIFTH ED! I currently have an Aasimar in my fifth ed campagin. Aasimar is a new race created specifically for fifth ed and can only be found in the dungeon master's guide. Basically, they're anti-tieflings. They have divine blood instead of demonic.

Aasimars are actually from way back in 2nd edition. Haven't changed too much from then

I think they were called Deva then? I looked around online and that's what it said, so I'm not sure. It's quite possible I haven't heard of them before, I started in 3.5

Naw i believe they were called Deva in 4th. But I know for sure they were in 3.5 cause I played as one in that system.

Were they part of an extended player's handbook? I don't remember seeing them in the chracter races for 3.5
My group jumps around with games so much, it's hard to keep them straight XD But I know I've played at least a game of 3.5, 4, and 5th ed each.

this took a while through free time space though I'd like to see your D&D OCs : )
thank you I really wanted them to look and sound cool (you probably know from an earlier deviation but the half-orc is mine)
haha yeah it's becoming a running joke when we find a new place. Urgh I can only imagine what he found XP
It seems easy to DM for and play with friends seeing as everyone is starting in the same place. Really? New race? cool I hadn't heard of them. Hm both demon blood and divine blood folks seem pretty snooty being pretty little things XD I had a tiefling Cleric for a different 5e game, He had a Goat's head rather than the pretty demon look. XD

I'll probably make a sheet of my friends OCs and mine for Scion, Pathfinder, World of Darkness, and D&D c:
Yes, I know Krugg is yours c: I have a half-orc named Tawar for Pathfinder ^^
He found some tainted blood and decided to lick it and get a sample. Lucky for him, he was only PTFO because there was a 70% chance that sample would have killed him ;3;
It is super easy. When my 5th ed DM can't do it, I take over. And yeah, tieflings and aasimar are a bit snooty. Mine especially is a privaleged pretty boy.

nice, haha it's fun to role play the different characters you make.

Our medic (since Scion is set in modern times with the potential to travel forward or back) was otherwise engaged when he decided to be dumb. And yes, it is fun. The party dynamic can get interesting when there's a hanful of characters with different alignments.

Don't you worry, I got plenty of "cinematic" stuff planned for this adventure.

well be sure to do it when everyone is there, that'll make for the best sort of picture we can make
so far some moments like fighting the big Ifirit thing or the hydra had folks not there. cool scenes of course but the first should be more inclusive.

Yeah, it does suck when people can't make it, hopefully everyone will be there for the next one. I can always cook up a bit of filler if folks can't make it, but considering I didn't find out until the last minute for the ifrit and the hydra, that made it a bit difficult. Exploring the land of the dead can always make a bit of filler I guess? There's a lot of stuff down there.

yeah course it's usually rough and last minute things that get in the way, yeah some filler? haha Bran is literally gonna wake up in hell...well almost literally. bound to be plenty of cool stuff down there.

I want to eventually draw some of the game shenanigans our group gets into, but our GM is a little fast-paced, so lots happens quickly. By time I draw the thing I wanted, something funnier will happen.

Yes c:
By the way, I would like to pick some of our RPs up again. My internet is a little more stable now and I will be finished with finals after this week. I won't just have to post and run away anymore.
;3; If you'd like to pick them up that is.
