Monsters are often just troublemakers but some have useful traits to them, it takes a combination of attractiveness and/or assertiveness to have a monster follow an order. Fortunately Evelyn is rich in both those regards, it's not uncommon for her to work with monsters to achieve a short term goal. Often she'll entice them with skimpy outfits and pillow talk but if things don't go her way, she isn't afraid to stomp(literally) out any weak links she may be working with.
