This is my favorite scene from Smooth Criminal. I always (and still do) wonder if his shoes were bolted to the floor and he leaned forward, if he was on a line or if he REALLY was able to put his body in that angle without any help at all. That is the magic that is Michael Jackson.

in the video it was done using wires and special effects. when he done it live he used special shoes with ankle supports and cutouts in the heels which would slide over pegs on the stage
