That what i found on CGhub a long ago defore it was closed. Thats a materials for the Witcher 2 videogame.

apparently the game creators have given permission to some people to use the assets in mods, www.nexusmods.com have a number of mods making use of them.
The original artists did a first rate job of world creation for their game.
