Belial watched the cats in the pit below. These cats fought because their lives depended on it, they fought because they had to. Belial had found it cool once but now that he was slipping behind, he realized how cruel it really was. Sure, some cats in the coliseum were there because they wanted to be but he knew there were death matches sometimes and only one cat left. It was brutal and cruel but it couldn’t be changed, could it? It wouldn’t stop because one cub was upset over it. One day, he’d be down there though and that thought only made him shrink in on himself more. How far ahead was Levi? Much farther than him, she’d probably end up being a hunter before she was even an adult but look at him. He was so far behind it wasn’t even funny. A sigh left him and he continued to watch the fight going on below. Luckily, no death would occur today even though the fighters used their claws, there was no real intent to kill…

Quietly, he watched for the techniques they had. He wasn’t going to get anywhere by just using brute force after all.
