I was cleaning out my backpack for traveling to EuroFurence yesterday and found this ancient painting I had done and then promptly forgot about. I started it about a year ago I suppose, so it looks a little dated to me, but I like the lioness' face.I touched up a couple of things and figured I'd post it. :]

I love your characters - they are so distinct and unique!
My only critique would be that the lioness'es muzzle seems a tad too long, though that could be so you could portray the face better.
Or maybe it isn't the length, but that the muzzle is too narrow near the eyes - [link]
It's hard to tell... but it seems like the lioness's muzzle should have been less 'indented' and more of a 'straight line' at the top. Again maybe that's what makes it so unique the character, it's hard for me to imagine what it would look like different.

I see what you mean! The male lion's muzzle is supposed to be overlapping her's a tad. It's an old piece--there wasn't much I could do in some aspents to fix it. :]
