This is a piece done for a card--(well, technically, two adjoining cards) I did back in February for Furoticon, the adult furry card game. (www.furoticon.com)Related content

This is just lovely - I really like how you worked the ram's "fingers" at the tips - genius!

astounding, I love the way the paleness of the background really brings the figures forward. And the detail on the clothing is astonishing, and it looks like it's done in watercolor, even more amazing... the expressions on the two main figures are right on the money and match the easy-going-ness of the background coloration... beautiful piece

I love this, but honestly if it weren't for her rather ample breasts, I might have thought this was to males and loved it even more. ^.~

A very impressive piece, the back ground is very beautiful not to mention that you can really see the love that these two characters feel towed one another.

Nicely done! I particularly like the clothes, you can really see the texture of the fabric.

Very nice, mate! I'm constantly impressed by your attention to detail and your expressive characters.
Out of curiosity, how long has it been since you got started in art? Did you take a lot of classes before you went to college?

I started messing around with drawing since I could hold a crayon, though I didn't start painting until I was 14. I never took any classes before college, and I'd say it definitely was until college that I started taking art seriously and actually refining my skill. It's been about five years since college, but I'm still making mistakes and learning every day. That's just the nature of art.

Cool to know.
Actually, mind if I ask you something? I've been studying anatomy, doing gesture drawings, studying whatever I can get ahold of. Even so, when I draw, I tend to use a lot of shapes to base objects like skulls, hips and hands.
When I try to draw what I think should be right, something always seems off. It's almost like the objects turn out too geometric or linear where they should be organic.
Apart from practicing to work this out, do you have any clues as to how I might be able to make something organic out of something geometric?
Again, thank you so much for being so open to questions. I know I can tend to wear on peoples' nerves =/
