Description His Majesty Kululu needs a new throne (and more curry but that's just a given XD).

Made his cape look like little bat wings here cuz he got even more sinister after he took over Pekopon, basically in the form of greed and giving horrible punishments to his servants (His right-hand servants are the rest of the Keroro platoon).

Regardless of whether he fits well in his throne or not, he seems to be enjoying himself~
