i know i'm so late on drawing this, but bare with me!

so, recently, a beta version of pokemon gold/silver was leaked, along with unreleased pokemon! there was unreleased pre evolutions and post evolutions that were leaked, including the pre evolution of meowth, meowsy! i found it soooooo adorable, and decided to draw it! i hope you like it!!
