Description
I'm still grasping for what to call this little bugger. The first name to come to mind is porkchop, but it isn't even part pig. This little fella is part chicken and part bat, although I imagine the sound of a helpless bleating lamb whenever it opens its tiny little toothy mouth. Its eyes are always closed, a little present from the bat side of the hybrid.----

Thanks
I was actually looking at some featherless chickens for this, which, from what I read, /are/ genetically engineered so that they can be bred in warmer climates.

It seems more feline than bat. Nevertheless this is an awesome creation. With its eyes and posture the way they are, it looks to be of the high class group of creatures.

Good point. The positioning of it's front left claw does give the feeling that it's got a little invisible cane, doesn't it? XD

Pfft. That face actually reminds me of a guy I know. XD
Interesting looking critter. Cross-kingdom creatures lead to some pretty cool results.
I WONDER WAT IT TASTE LIEK.

sketching up hybrids /are/ fun. It's funny, I only looked up the contest because it had the word 'Splice', had to see if it was Bioshock related. XD It's not, but the concept is similar so I decided to try my hand at it. I like drawing creepy bubbly things~♥

It's adorable. I like Porkchop, even if it doesn't have any pig. It could just be a funny name or something~

\o/ I think maybe because it's featherless that the name seems to fit so well. ♥
