For Spitfire Mother's Day contest!It's Andy and his mom! She seemed like the type of mom who would do this sort of thing with him, especially since there didn't appear to be a dad in the picture. With an imagination like his, I'm sure his mom probably played with him all the time.

In the Judging Section:
FIRST PLACE: What the judges were saying: we don't get too many literature entries around here, especially poems! But we always read them all and this one really stood out to us. It's a charming, sweet poem about Mrs. Potts and her little mugling.
SECOND PLACE: What the judges were saying: The Princess Diaries is a rare film to find art for, so it was great to see this art! It incorporates several things from the movie (her mother's art, Mia's crazy hair and glasses) and tells the story all in itself.
THIRD PLACE: What the judges were saying: The judges were also very charmed by this entry with Andy and his mom. We all know that Andy loves to play games, and seeing as how he doesn't have a father, we can all imagine his

I think sometimes single moms can be the best moms. (But sometimes if they are the selfish kind they're pretty awful). But they sure can be amazing if they want to be.

yeah! I thought about having Andy clutch Woody or something, but I thought that might take away from the scene that was going on. Seeing as it's for mother's day, I thought it would be okay if he forgot his toys for a little while!
