Love the outfit! And the lineart and coloring are so clean! n_n
I might consider using a slightly more red tone for the hair though, something about that shade makes everything else look a little dull and grey, or something... I don't know if making it more red would help, but that's how it maybe feels.
Or maybe brighten the skin tone a little more. Either could work. ^^

Yeah, that's quite possible
But the hair looks a little too... dark to me as well though, but it could possibly be fixed just with the skin
