Beautiful!! This reminds me of the book Voices of Dragons. It's a good read, and recommend it to anyone who ever wondered what it would be like if dragons existed in our modern world.

Beautifully done. That's a really difficult angle to pull off with the wing foreshortened like that but it looks very natural, and there's a wonderful depth in the shading. I love the purple tone of the shadows + yellow light.
You're really coming into your own as an illustrator, hun. 
I really can't see anything to critique right now but if I do come up with something I'll let you know. <3
