Description SC Smo Solsticeized
An Apophysis script
Made with apo v7x(still my fav apo)
but will run on apo v7x c9 as well.
Special thanx to my friend Fred (morphomorph.deviantart.com)
for sharing the rotation script used here.
And thank you to all you plugin makers,
We love you.

Transform count: 4
Has final transform: Yes
Used plugins:
- blur
- radial_blur
- linear
- cross2
- Epispiral
- post_heat
- falloff2
- flux
- bubble
- pre_blur
- juliascope

So make sure to load the plugins needed.

This script is my gift to all of you just cause you like me, love Apo.
If you make money from this script feel free to give me some points or money.
I can use it in my group to promote understanding Apo and sharing even more.

This work is my year and a half worth of understanding Apo shared with you.
Have fun and do show me what you get.

Tips for tweaking.....

Do move/rotate tx two/the yellow one as well as its post tx.
On tx one the blur one do move the post tx to spread the blur light.
Rotate/move final tx and or replace/add to/change the juliascope plugin.

I did find it eventually so it wasn't that that I was doing wrong after I found that I still can't seem to get it to work.

Your script will work in other versions of Apo.
Just change the extension at the end of the script name to .asc instead of .aposcript.

Flames may look different in 2D versions of Apo which are all versions that are not 7X or 3D hack.

Hi Milo/epogh/ss,
There is some gibberish printed out at the bottom of the scripter when the script starts up. It's troubleshooting stuff that ordinarily gets removed before I uploaded scripts. You can ignore it.
I haven't used too much of what George has done aside from 7X. So I don't know how to recognize or fix behavior that may be caused by them. Not that such is necessarily the case.
I'm sorry but I also don't know what it is that Windows won't let you change.

Thanks for the good wishes.
It's a nice evening here.
Fred

No problem.

TIP: for crazy coloring of the flame -> set the color speed of Tx's 1, 3 & 4 to (minus) -1. Then check the "solo" box and use the slider to pick a color. Uncheck the box, go to the next transform (skip Tx2) and repeat. * a minor increase in the xform weight will help emphasize a color. Minor = increase of 1~. *

The "-1" speed setting says that that transform is not accepting color from any other Tx - only itself! Tx 2 is heavily weighted and will "shout down" the color provided by the other Tx's. The -1 setting on the light-weight Tx's is like they are sticking their fingers in their ears!!

Try setting Tx 2's color to .975 and it's speed to .9. *Rule of thumb to break out a Monochromatic rut - set at least one Tx to the farther right and up the speed. *

Conversely a speed setting of 1 says the 'transform with it' accepts/preserves the colors already established without adding any more. Because Tx 2 only has one xform ahead of itself a speed setting of 1 on Tx 2 just won't cut it.

My observations - not documented fact...

If it needs editing, please, do fix it. The colors from the script are nice and mellow as they are.
