PLEASE full view. the zoomed out version is all-funky like. and not in the bass-slapping way.this is WAY overdue. blargh. i hate how work keeps on pushing these things back.
but anyway! this is 's character, rhodes! who is sad. because what was there before, is not anymore. was it the controversial nature of their relationship? was it a parting of ways? was it a now-regretted impulse decision? none of us will REALLY know why, but we know what it has left behind. the scars of poisonous love and holes in souls.

Man, I really love the textured feel of your coloring style... ;3; It makes me think of CALIFORNIA or something. I like the simple folds in the pants and shirt, yuuum, and those uber-lovely details on the belt. And, uh, nice job on giving a chicken-head a readable expression, ehehe.
