an Eevee named Leo (shiny) his nature is Lonely,  and he has an eyepatch covering his left eye (because it's red and the other is green) and he never talks to anyone except for Vay when he first meets him and if anyone gets in a fight with him they get OHKO'd in 2 seconds, and all he wants is to be left alone (but that doesn't stop Dusk from knocking his door down everyday and picking him up out of his room)

No. First of all, he is shiny. Second of all, his description seems to not match this. If he was shiny, he would be a spoiled brat who gets everything he wants, not a sad depressed eevee.

fine he is a regular Eevee but still has an eyepatch, oh and the trainer (I don't know her name) got him from someone else by trading (she gave him a Ditto) and he only did that to get rid of him since he was violent
and also can you add a shiny to your series who is a spoiled brat (and is a girl) she also she wants Blizz all to herself (because she fell in love with him at first sight)
