That's what an Umbreon's eyes are supposed to be like by account of all official media's, though it is a wonder why she drew them like so for that panel when that's not how see usually draws them.....

Officially the Umbreon's pupil is black, their irises is blue, and their sclera is red.
But because the blue isn't exactly the the most noticeable thing in the world (or it's just easier to draw) many artists draw their Umbreon's without the blue irises~

Well poison slowly drains a pokemons health so unless status conditions like poison don't affect the pokemon in the pc in this comic then that means that he can be in some serious trouble.
