Yeah, the website is down on account of me loosing my godamn credit card, accidentally sending my new credit card to my parents' house (who live on the otherside of the country from me) and also the whole not being able to get online more than every three months business. I hope to have it up in a week, we'll see what happens. If I can't get it up anytime soon, I post everything here (which will take the rest of my life since I'm using a 56k modem)

That's "manga temple" and another font whose name I can't remember right now from blambot.com--very good comic font site, one of the best out there. My hand lettering is not exactly up to par yet XD

Just good ol' photoshop 7, you can get some really wicked effects with your text just by playing around with the layer styles. Almost as good as InDesign.
PS:I am looking at your gallery and liking it bunches!

geez...i was using photoshop 7 as well. i must commend you for doing so, because illustrator 10 is so much easlier to work with.

Well, I've got the ins and outs of Photoshop pretty much down, and I'm too lazy to learn illustrator.

LOL i know what you mean...after hearing everyone saying what's so great about illustrator i had to just buckle down and give it a shot.
Only thing i hate about PS7 is all those text layers.

errr...that i know about...but everytime you create new text it creates it's own layer. But it doesn't seem to matter to you anyhoos. you haven't had the same probs as i so rock on!

Actually, you don't have to (at least in version 7 ya don't, can't remember for earlier ones). You just have to have the text tool on and click on the text you've typed to get to it. If you were just working on text, hit the check mark or slect another tool first, then go back to the text tool. I don't even have the layers window open when I'm lettering my comics.
