Sesame Street - Kermit and Miss Piggy, oh... what should I say about this couple... ~____~
The Muppet Show were first launched in 1976 by Jim Hanson. There were lots of TV shows and a few movies after that, Disney took over and purchased all of the character license of Jim Hanson in 02-2004. Now they belong to Disney Co.
I understand perhaps they are old characters but they did give us precious, happy time and memories. Or should I say they are part of the history or the the US culture maybe...
Final product: pewter, gold plating, transparent polyresin, marble base.

I believe the creator of these characters did a great job, the style and sense of humor are just unbelievable. I was smiling all the way when making sculptures. It's fun that I realized they are not human, cartoon or puppets. Well, they are but not quite what they are, you know what I mean ^^...
