Yay! It was successful, and I'm pretty happy because I love this mare! I just want to thank =BeaumanBlue again for such a cool design because I am like really excited about her and adopting her was awesome

This is my submission for an adopt try I am hoping to get [link] from =BeaumanBlue.
I think I was sold on this breed when we did an art trade and I painted one like her

Good notes: the sparkles came out pretty good, and I was really happy with the waterfall, sky, and trees. I used a new shading style and it came out really nicely, considering it was my first time trying it that way

Bad notes: I wanted to make the hair shorter/braided for this breed but I was so pressed for time (in a kind of "I can't get anything wrong because I might not have time to fix it" way) with the lineart that I was so focused on it the anatomy I didn't even think when I drew up the mane and tail. It's a similar situation with the heavy feathering but that's also kind of my style with drafty-type.

I gotta admit, I love a horse with lots of feathers!

All in all, I think a success, and you can ask Ramara or Thangustella - I get MUCH BETTER at drawing the horse and the breed down the road. The mane will probably shorten and the feathering lighten up so she's more per-breed standards.

If this is a success I'm hoping to name her Carrickfergus and I'll put all her "details" (breed, age, etc.) in their rightful place at the top of the description.
